Behind the Scenes: Z Caddy Strategy
In line with the above update, I want to give you a transparent look into what my strategy for Z Caddy looks like. The overall goal is to build a BRAND that resonates with my customers and provides them with a valuable product and experience.
But what does that actually look like? I have two priorities right now to achieve that: 1) Generating sales; and 2) Building an audience.
Too real
Sales are important - I want people to try my product for themselves, because I know they’ll love it. That alone will help people connect with my brand. But the truth is, getting sales is only half the story when it comes to building a brand.
Beyond just sales, creating content to help my audience connect with the Z Caddy brand is so crucial. Every piece of content I create is putting a stake in the ground and saying: “This is what I stand for. This is what I believe will provide value to my audience and help them better connect with my brand.” And truth be told, not all content I make will provide you all with value. But that’s what I’m trying to do.
I don’t want to just sell a product then be done - I want the brand itself to be a source of value, so that every time you interact with Z Caddy the brand, it helps increase your enjoyment of the product. Think of something like Airpods - yes the product design is very sleek, but just knowing you have the actual Apple brand airpods helps you feel more secure in the product and helps you enjoy it more.
Yeah, I still rock the Airpods 2. And if you wanna stop me you’re gonna have to F****ING KILL ME
That’s what I want to achieve with Z Caddy. So I’m continually improving the product, improving our customer experience, and producing content that provides value, so that all-in-all you actually get more value and joy from using our product than you would if I just sold you a product and you never heard from Z Caddy again…
